About Gary Keiser

Gary Keiser (Ven. Jampa Tenzin) is an educator and a monastic. He took monastic vows at Sera Je Monastic University from, Khensur Kangyur Lobsang Thupten Rinpoche, and was given the name, Ven. Jampa Tenzin, after first receiving instruction and vows from his teacher Geshe Tsultrim Choephel (Tsulga) in Boston, MA. He has also received direct teaching from His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, His Holiness Sakya Trizin, Khensur Denma Locho Rinpoche and other great Tibetan and S.E. Asian masters. In addition to the administrative function of President and CEO of Thosum Gephelling Institute, Gary/Tenzin leads meditation groups at the TGI center and at Turtle Pointe Retreat . He also provides chaplaincy services in prisons around New England.
